Creating an account allows you to store notes persistently and share them with other people. You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for activity under your account.

All notes you create remain your property. KeepNotes.online does not claim ownership or control over your content. Notes you share or publish as a page are visible to the people you share them with or, for published pages, to anyone with the link.

5. Liability

We strive to provide a reliable service but are not liable for data loss, interruptions, or unauthorized access due to third-party breaches. Keep your own copies of important notes; the account page offers a full export.

6. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account that abuses the service or violates these terms, with or without notice.

7. Modifications
